Are not all the CMA’s created equal?
Well, we have four “magic” ingredients. Those are the special things that makes our CMA method unique.
They are the component of a proprietary tool that both of us (Alina and Adrian) developed in the last 30 years, while selling over 1,000 real estate assets in four countries, on two continents.
We named this tool a “Dynamic Market Analysis / Dynamic Neighborhood Analysis™”
The proprietary DMA/DNA™ method is based on four pillars:
- 1. It takes into consideration not only the past, but it's also aimed to forecast the future value. We are looking at a couple of months into what lies ahead, aiming to shed the light on the future trend. It is a truly dynamic market analysis (looking into what’s yet to come), as opposed to a generic, static one (looking into the past), that you could probably get elsewhere.
- 2. It is also unique because it analyzes what it truly matters … we start at national, state and county level, but ultimately what matters is your local “micro market” - what’s happening in your neighborhood! When deciding to take your umbrella when going out, you don’t need an overview of the whole US’s weather … you just need to know if today is going to rain or not, right?
- 3. Thirdly, it is structured to methodically analyze your price band. When you have a $600,000 single family home, looking at the data for $250,000 condos or $3M-$4M mansions is not a relevant task, even if they are in your nearest neighborhood, inside maybe a 0.25-mile radius.
- 4. Finally, even if none of us is an appraiser (and by all means, we are not delivering you an appraisal) we look at the market through the appraiser periscope. We trained ourselves to have the same approach as an appraiser, understanding their approach and following it, to mimic what a lender will see, and make our CMA’s more relevant to our customers contemplating selling.
That's why we believe that the CMA you’ll get is as accurate as possible.
And the feedback we are getting is that homeowners like yourself are very interested to knowing both the current value, but mostly if the value of their home is going to go down or up within the next 3-6-12 months.
Knowing that one’s house is worth today ($550,000 for instance) is a good piece of information, but if one can discern a trend and forecast with a decent degree of accuracy the future value, that’s valuable information.
I mean, it’s important to know now if the home will be $500,000 or $600,000 in 6 or 12 months, isn’t it?

How It Works?

About Alina and Adrian
Alina Danet is a dedicated real estate professional with Berkshire Hathaway. Together with Adrian she sold over 1,000 real estate assets worldwide. In her pre-US career, as a PhD level trainer, she worked with thousands of European managers (from Coca Cola to Saint Gobain) and trained them in financial business subjects. She has a passion to assisting the others and for this purpose she started and managed a Not-For-Profit, helping Romanian children in need. She brings over three decades of experience in working with clients, ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. In her spare time she is helping people to become better persons, through nutrition and sport. She holds various professional accreditations, including Military Relocation Professional and Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist.
Adrian Danet is a Real Estate Advisor with BHHS | FLPG. He holds a PhD, an Master of Business Administration degree with Open University United Kingdom, as well as 14 Real Estate Florida / US designations & certifications. Together with Alina (they worked as a team for the last 33 year) he sold over 1,000 real estate assets located in four countries spanning two continents. In his former (European) life he was a university professor, working with hundreds of students in various business areas. He was the manager of a Real Estate company, developing 600+ acres of residential property in six major projects in Transylvania. Adrian is an accomplished published author with more than ten books and hundreds of specialty articles.
